Subsidised Travel with Total Mobility & ACC Support

Helping you access the transport support you're entitled to, safely, simply and with care

At Health Shuttle, we’re proud to support eligible passengers through the Total Mobility Scheme and ACC-funded transport services. Whether you need assistance getting to medical appointments, rehabilitation, or simply navigating daily life, we’re here to make transport easier and more affordable.

What Is the Total Mobility Scheme?

The Total Mobility Scheme is a New Zealand-wide programme that provides subsidised door-to-door transport for people who have difficulty using public transport due to a long-term disability or mobility challenge.

We’re registered with Auckland Transport, and all eligible trips will automatically apply the discount when you book with us.

If you're a Total Mobility Card holder, you can receive up to 75% off your fare, with subsidies capped based on the value of the trip:​

Up to $80 per trip: You’ll receive 75% off the fare

Trips over $80: A maximum subsidy of $60 applies

Do You Qualify for Total Mobility?

Accessing Your Discount - How it Works

This programme is administered by Auckland Transport and typically covers 75% of the fare, up to the regional cap. Rest assured, all pricing will be clearly explained before you travel, no surprises, just support.

ACC Transport Support

If you’re recovering from an accident or injury, you may be entitled to transport support through ACC. Health Shuttle is an experienced provider for ACC clients, offering comfortable, caring transport during your recovery period.

We understand the process and work closely with support coordinators and case managers to ensure:
